She is the one who follows the post-shipment process, making sure, through continuous interaction with the customer that the products have arrived intact and promptly at their final destination!<\/p>\n<p><strong>LUCIA<\/strong><br \/>\nLucia, the true designer of the family, is the one who meticulously follows the combination of colour schemes and shapes. The young entrepreneur, who graduated with honors from the renowned University of Bologna, decides, in collaboration with local artisans and artists, on new product lines, in the constant search for a perfect balance of tradition and originality.<\/p>\n<p><strong>ANNA<\/strong><br \/>\nAnna, the true Italian mom, is an indispensable support inside the boutique. She has been nicknamed the &#8220;Bubble wrap woman&#8221;, for her ability to create durable packaging that allow our ceramics to travel far and wide before reaching their final destination, be it Australia, America or some Pacific island!<\/p>\n<p><strong>GAETANO<\/strong><br \/>\nGaetano, a third generation craftsman and entrepreneur, was born in May 1954 and is still supervising and mentoring his daughters who have inherited the family business. It was from his valuable teachings that La Bacheca was born and has thrived in such a short period of time.<\/p>\n<p><strong>OUR MASCOT<\/strong><br \/>\nAmong all the precious furnishings of our boutique, our mascot, Whiskey, could not be missing. The singing dog that fascinates our guests on the notes of &#8216;Volare&#8217;, wanders around the shop keeping you company and entertaining you with his constant requests for attention!
